By accessing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Rentalyz provides free online calculators and educational content for rental property investors. Premium features including saved calculations, property tracking, and dashboards are available through paid subscription plans.

3. Not Financial Advice

The calculators, tools, and content on Rentalyz are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any calculation or content.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Free and Paid Plans

• Free plan users may access all calculators and save up to 3 calculations.
• Paid plans (Pro, Portfolio) provide additional features as described on the pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you're unsatisfied.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content or tools without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property
