Who Built This?

Hi, I'm Kristóf Vizy — a developer and real estate enthusiast. I built Rentalyz because I was tired of clunky spreadsheets and gated tools that made simple deal analysis harder than it needed to be.

I wanted a tool that was fast, free, and accurate — one that I'd actually use myself when evaluating properties. So I built it.
